Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides.
  • Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
