WHAT I THINK
This is a completely matte palette of 8 shadows, the colours are wonderful and though they are matte they aren’t at all chalky neither do they fallout. They are soft and creamy, blends beautifully, and lasts all day with or without a primer.
The shades comprises of neutrals and rosy shades. The shades-sweetheart (pale light pink), companion (light ivory), adore (taupe), Better half (mauve), alter ego (deep plum), sidekick (brown), b.f.f (light brown), confidante (light nude). The shades that are most impressive are the crease/transition shades; it is perfect for people with hooded eyes. The shades are amazing, well pigmented, and they make all eye colours pop.
The compact packaging on the other hand is simple and sleek with a nice application brush. It comes with a nice and large mirror, which is a big plus. I love how all these colours compliment each other. It makes it so easy to create any look, you can get several looks out of this palette which makes it perfect for all seasons. I initially didn’t expect a lot from this palette but was quite taken by how silky the shadow colours were.
It is completely talc-free, so if you have a problem with lid sensitivity you can be sure there will be no itchy redness. You can create a full eye look with this palette, using the lighter shades on your lid and brow bone and darker shades on your crease since the colours are so wonderfully pigmented. They all blend so nicely without leaving streaks.
Overall this is a great palette that for any eye colour and is versatile for any occasion!
