My best dressed for the Oscars goes to Lady Gaga and Priyanka Chopra. The white is amazing with a sexy and chic design. Red Carpet Showstoppers! Heart shaped neckline in both looks and Priyanka had a twist with the sheer but not revealing lace and the Gaga jumpsuit with dress embellishment brought in a modern yet old Hollywood Glam feel.
