My best dressed for Miss USA 2016 this past weekend was that of Miss Hawaii USA, Chelsea Hardin. Her gown handmade by my friend & amazing designer, Fernando Wong. 
The intricacies of the lace, mesh, and stoning is completely and utterly gorgeous! Light and airy with a bling & glam detail. She looked beautiful and was so confident in this gown. The design complimented her athletic body type & she was stunning!
