Ingredients
Glaze:
- 2/3 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of white sugar
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp of rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp ginger
Meal:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 ounces Shredded Red Cabbage
- 2 Scallions
- 2 tablespoon Szechuan Paste
- 1 package Ramen Noodles
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients for the glaze and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Let stand until paste thickens.
- Cook Ramen according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Add scallion whites and shredded cabbage and cook until tender (3-4 minutes).
- Add glaze, Szechuan paste, and 1 tsp sugar. Stir until combined.
- Drain and rinse pasta saving a bit of sauce water. Add 2 tbsp butter and mix until coated, adding in a little bit of sauce water if needed to coat noodles thoroughly.
- Combine noodles and beef mixture, top with scallion greens and sesame seeds, and serve!
